Well, for the past 20 years, this annual forum  has addressed many of the challenging issues including education, the environment, labor, tourism, immigration and fiscal crises that successful and urban ecosystems must contend with. Its named for the 106th Mayor of the nations largest city and the first African American Mayor elected in New York City, the David N. Dinkins Leadership Public Policy Forum provides a vehicle for analysis, focus and dialogue around the dynamic elements of urban policies, programs, and initiatives. And, oh yeah, Hillary Rodham Clinton, 67th United States Secretary of State; Former United States Senator from New York, will be giving the keynote address.
